The new UPP Tradeflo swimming pool pump is the evolution of the highly successful Defacto RSA Pump and its generic copies. This new brand supports the trade only and may not be sold in retail stores. Designed using CFD-developed impeller and diffuser geometry, it delivers high hydraulic efficiency and reduced operating costs. We've engineered IE2 motors with NEMA 56Y drive ends, a composite stainless steel shaft, and a ¾ inch ceramic shaft seal. The European-style lid design enhances user experience, making it convenient and user-friendly.

Features & Benefits

  • The sludge trap features an enormous strainer basket with a 4-liter capacity and a strainer hole reduced to 3mm square. The lid has five warnings engraved in pictograms for multi-language comprehension, secured with a 4-position taper lock for ease of operation.
  • The electrical separation impeller uses the TYPE 6A seal design, with the ceramic component embedded into the impeller, resulting in an impeller that is balanced on a dynamic balancing machine.
  • Our motors are protected against thermal overload by an internal winding overload switch and an impeller design requiring lower torque for high-altitude operation. This extends motor life in high-altitude African summer conditions.
  • The Tradeflo pump also features an integrated handle and stand for ease of installation.
